What is your weather cancellation policy? The captains will make all weather related cancellation decisions as early as possible. You may monitor the marine forecast at this site http://www.srh.noaa.gov/shmrn.php?mz=anz250 Weather cancellations will be resolved by either rebooking on a mutually agreed upon day or providing a full refund.

Do you require a deposit? A deposit of 50% of the charter price is required within 10 days of booking your trip. Payments in full are due upon departure. Deposits from cancellations made 20 days prior to departure will be returned in full. Cancellations made after that time will result in the deposit Forfeiture.

How many people are allowed? Six person maximum on all trips. However, for more pleasurable fishing we suggest group sizes of four or less.

Am I supposed to tip? Rates do not include tips. A 15% gratuity is considered the industry standard. As always, tipping is subject to the quality of service provided and at the discretion of the customer.

What should I wear? Weather and sea conditions are always unpredictable and can change rapidly so it is essential to be prepared. To make your trip pleasurable we suggest that you bring along sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, adequate clothing, soft sole shoes, rainwear.

What should I bring? A camera, lunch, beverages, ice, and a cooler to take your catch home in. We do not allow metal coolers, glass containers, handheld GPS devices or black/marking shoes. In addition, for your safety, leather soled shoes are not allowed.

When should I arrive? Please plan to arrive at the dock 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. If you arrive late, we will try to honor the full time that you booked. However, due to scheduling of a following charter, this may not be possible and your trip may have to be shortened.

How many fish can I keep? You may keep all fish you catch in accordance with the Mass Division of Marine Fisheries rules and regulations for a recreational angler. http://www.mass.gov/dfwele/dmf/recreationalfishing/rec_index.htm

Do you fillet the fish for me? Fish filleting/cleaning is included in striper charter pricing.

What happens if I loose the fishing rod? Rates do not include loss of rod/reel or damage to equipment due to customer negligence. The customer will be responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

Directions from Route 128: Take Rt. 62 (Elliot Street) about 3 miles to Rt. 1A (Rantoul St.). Take a right onto Rantoul and go about one mile. You will see a red rack storage building on your left just before the Beverly Salem Bridge. Take a left at the last light before the Beverly Salem Bridge onto Water St. Turn right immediately into the first parking lot on your left.
